We Specialize In Attainable Housing.

Municipalities want housing built, but they're constrained by borrowing limits under their provincial debt and financial obligation limits regulations. Even when a project is financially viable, they often can't proceed because it would consume their Annual Repayment Limit (ARL).

At the same time, the private market struggles to deliver attainable housing in these communities due to higher construction costs, limited economies of scale, and financing rates. Without a mechanism to unlock lower-cost financing while preserving municipal borrowing capacity, communities remain trapped between the urgent need for housing and the financial rules designed to protect municipal balance sheets.

We provide a turn-key approach to all aspects of the project including project planning to completion, completed facility management, and engagement with local contractors and trades.

Financial Solutions

We provide financial support up to 100% capital financed on all soft and hard costs. There is no cash required. Our process is innovative, sustainable and viable. There is no financial impact to Municipal ARL. Mortgage payments are sculpted to suit the individual projects cash flow.

Fixed Pricing
